Zweitwohnsitze stehen über Wochen oder Monate leer. Alarmanlage, Kameras und ein gelegentlicher Kontrollgang lassen trotzdem eine Lücke.
Second homes sit empty for weeks or months. An alarm, cameras and the occasional visit still leave a gap.
Las segundas residencias quedan vacías semanas o meses. Una alarma, cámaras y una visita de vez en cuando dejan igualmente un hueco.
Live-in heißt, dass ich in der Immobilie wohne. Dafür ist durchgehend jemand da. Was ich übernehme, und zu welchen Bedingungen ich wohne, klären wir, bevor ich ankomme. Wohnen kann günstig oder kostenfrei sein, je nach Haus und Aufgabe.
Live-in means I live in the property. In return, someone is there the whole time. We agree what I take on, and on what terms I live there, before I arrive. Living there can be inexpensive, or at no cost, depending on the house and the task.
Live-in significa que vivo en la propiedad. A cambio, hay alguien todo el tiempo. Antes de llegar acordamos qué asumo y en qué condiciones vivo allí. Vivir en la casa puede ser a bajo coste, o sin coste, según la casa y la tarea.
